Ian Richardson

I began my marketing journey studying Graphic Design at Leeds University in 2003 (yes I am old). Following various roles in a few Leeds-based design agencies, along with a stint in freelancing, I am the last remaining founding Director of what is now One Degree North – which originally began life as Little Black Box back in 2010.

As the business expanded, the demand for senior management grew – prompting me to trade my design hat for an organisational one as Operations Director. Here, my focus is on orchestrating studio operations, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget, all while surpassing the high-quality standards that define our client expectations.
