Solution

We rebuilt their website from the ground up with scalability and performance in mind. This included developing a custom order feed to streamline warehouse operations and improve coordination with logistics partners. A dedicated wholesale area enabled bulk ordering for larger customers, while a new rewards programme and a sophisticated management system created a more engaging experience for everyday shoppers. Behind the scenes, we optimised the server infrastructure to ensure the site remained fast and reliable - even during major spikes in traffic.
