Redeveloped website increases leads by 160%
Challenge
Switch2 Energy needed to evolve their website to better serve both existing and prospective customers. During the peak of the fuel crisis, they faced a surge of customer enquiries and wanted the ability to easily provide support information on-site.
Solution
We redeveloped the site hierarchy and signposting to improve user journeys. We developed a new homepage, additional resources and a dedicated customer section. The improved experience benefitted their extensive customer base of 80,000, resulting in a reduction of calls to the support department and a 160% increase in new business leads.
